The Smart Catch Program:

Preservation Kitchen is proud to be participating in the Smart Catch Program! Smart Catch is a sustainable seafood program created with chefs for chefs with the purpose of increasing sustainable seafood consumption and supporting environmentally sustainable fishing practices.  It gives chefs training and support, and is designed to give diners a simple way to identify and support restaurants that serve seafood fished or farmed in environmentally responsible ways. Our commitment as a Smart Catch restaurant means that we are working toward a goal of purchasing at least 90% sustainable seafood, training our staff to source sustainable seafood, and ensuring our patrons are aware of sustainable seafood options when they dine with us.

Fofcee Coffee:

Preservation Kitchen is pleased to be partnering with Fofcee Coffee! Fofcee is a coffee-focused, Social Purpose Corporation in the state of Washington.  In short, that means that in addition to great coffee they strive to take care of their customers, their employees, the environment, and the people who grow their coffee.  They love coffee and know there are a lot of options out there.  At Fofcee, you can custom-design your own blend of coffee that they will roast fresh, locally, using organic, fair-trade beans from around the world that are responsibly sourced and delivered in earth friendly, compostable packaging.
